GET IN THE GAME

YOUTH CO-ED AGES 3-12

 

This is more than a youth soccer season. It's about mentoring youth, encouraging friendships, building positive relatipnships, healthy living, providing a feeling of belonging and safety, and creating future leaders within our community. Your children will be "Getting in the Game"in this exciting and stimulating youth soccer league!

 

Sports at the YMCA help kids develop skills of the game and skills for life. The Y Youth Sports League is designed to instill the basic principles and values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility in a non-competitive, fun atmosphere.

 

Season Dates: March 5 - May 19

Practice Days: Mondays OR Wednesdays (1 practice per week, 12 practices total)

Game Days: Saturdays (1 game per week, 10 games total)

Age Divisions: 3-4, 5-6, 7-9, 10-12

Program Fees

Registration Fee (non-refundable) $5
Member Rate $90
Community Participant Rate $110

Registration Information:

- Shin Guards are Mandatory, not provided

- Registration includes jersey, socks, and award

- Participants may cross age divisions as appropriate based on skill level

- 15% of the program fee will be non-refundable should the registration be cancelled by the participant

- $10 second child discount

- $10 discount if registered for Skill Development Clinics

Help a Child Reach Their Full Potential

The Y sports programs rely on volunteers in order to be successful. Please consider helping a child reach their full potential and get involved by volunteering for the following; no experience is required:

Head Coach (minimum of 18 years of age)

Assistant Coach (minimum of 16 years of age)

Financial assistance is available to those who apply and qualify. Annual Support Campaign Funds are raised each year to help provide this program to the community. Please ask for a confidential financial assistance/scholarship application form at the YMCA Member Services desk.
