To Enhance Workouts:
You should schedule a Computerized Body Composition Analysis every 2 to 3 months to determine if the exercise program you are doing is working for you. Our trainers can help you get on the right track with your exercise routine.
For Muscle Gain:
By having a Computerized Body Composition Analysis you will be able to see the results of your weight training. Our trainers will be able to use your body composition as a tool to design a weight training routine.
For Weight Loss:
If you are just starting an exercise program, your weight may fluctuate by the scale. Sometimes weight increases are healthy lean muscle. You may be losing fat, but the scale may not tell you this valuable information. A Computerized Body Composition Analysis will provide you with the tools to get you started on or improve your exercise routine.
