Group Exercise Classes
Aerobics (Senior)
This class is designed for older adults and beginners. This is a low impact class that includes chair exercises and strengthening.

Beginning Step Aerobics
This class introduces step aerobics to beginner participants and teaches primary step movements. Abdominal exercise and stretching concludes each class and is great for all fitness levels.

Zumba Aerobics
Come join the fun with this fast-paced aerobic/dance exercise class with a Latin beat!

Ball Strength & Stability
Core strengthening, flexibility and balance are all emphasized in this wonderful program designed for all ages and fitness levels.

Belly Dancing
Low Impact dance class that focuses on isolations of the body. As a result, there is an increase in flexibility, coordination and endurance.

Circuit Kickboxing
A challenging variety of cardio movements including boxing, kicking, strength and endurance training. Weights, body bars, isometric and callisthenic exercises are included.

Spinning
The Spinning Class is the most popular stationary cycling workout available. It welcomes participants of all fitness levels to road ride, hill climb, jump, and sprint. The program uses these techniques in a variety of ways, providing a fluid and challenging workout. For safety precautions, participants must be over 18 years of age, and riders over the age of 50 should obtain a doctor’s clearance.

Strength & Stretch
This is a very popular class that focuses on your body’s core strength and stability, neuromuscular enhancement and flexibility.

Tae Kwon Do
Develop your fitness level while learning self-defense. Classes emphasize self-confidence, concentration and discipline. See flyer for more information and fees. (link to sports page?)

SilverSneakers®
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Use of hand-held weights, elastic bands, resistance balls and chair exercises will all be clearly instructed in this program.

Yoga
Muscle strength and flexibility improve through the practice of yoga, a holistic exercise that fosters the harmonious development of your body.

Youth Dance
Children as young as 4 years can stay active by participating in our more traditional Combo class or our modern Hip-Hop dance class. This showcase of traditional styles includes Ballet, Jazz, and Tap. Hip-Hop is a high-energy class that puts real life dance moves to popular music.
