The YMCA of the Palm Beaches is one big community for fun, for health, for family, for life. Our YMCA specializes in people, relationships, programs and values.

People

  • Fitness Center staff who demonstrate equipment use
  • Personal trainers who start you on a fitness/wellness plan
  • Welcome Center staff who answer questions, help you register for programs and greet you by name
  • Lifeguards who teach swim lessons, and most importantly guard the pool with a watchful eye
  • Youth counselors who lead by example, safeguard children and teens, and staff all YMCA youth programs

Programs
The YMCA of the Palm Beaches is a full-service facility with a focus on programs to benefit the entire family from six months of age to seniors.
The YMCA offers a wide variety of programs from weekend programs for toddlers to special exercise programs for seniors and personal training for adults of all ages. Additionally, the 25 yard, extra-wide lane lap pool is ideal for swimmers year-round for children and adult swimming instruction as well as specialized water exercise activities.

Child Care

  • Early Arrivals, before school care, and After School, serving elementary and middle schools in our area.
  • Summer Day Camp, serving children from age 3 through grade 10 at traditional and specialty, full-day and half-day camps
  • Aquatics, offering swim team, lessons for children and adults, and water fitness classes
  • Teens, offering leadership, mentoring and service programs specially designed for grades 6 – 12
