SINGLE SESSIONS
Great for visitors or Active Y Members who wish to pay-as-you-go.

MINI STARTER PACKAGE
If you just need a little extra help getting started on your most effective workout or you don't want to commit to a full package of personal training, you will enjoy our mini package of 5 sessions. You will get the same quality of personal attention with half the number of sessions to attend.
5 sessions: $210
ONE ON ONE
A well-developed exercise program provides benefits with regard to functional capacity and quality of life. Working out with a personal trainer can accelerate your benefits. You will know you are doing safe and effective exercise while preventing injury.

STEP UP TO FITNESS
Jump start your wellness routine with a thirty minute training program. You may be new to fitness and just getting started or limited on time, thirty minute trainings are just right for you! Designed to help you "step up" to the next level to fitness, you will receive one-on-one attention and a program tailored to your health needs. Includes body composition.
5- 1/2 hour Sessions: $150 10-1/2 hour Sessions: $300
Y KIDS TRAINING
Personal training designed with kids in mind. If your child is inactive, overweight or your pediatrician is concerned for their health, personal training can encourage, motivate and inspire them to get and stay fit. This program uses thirty minute training sessions and is for children ages 10-13 years old. Includes body composition.

PERSONAL "SPIN"
Have you always wanted to try "spinning" but not sure you could keep up with class? Try our one-on-one spin program with a certified spin instructor. They will teach you all the right moves and train you at your level of fitness. Guaranteed to get you into great shape? Select one, five or ten spin sessions.
